The assessment is designed for keyboard use, clear focus, labeled response choices, readable text, and a complete result without contact details.
Ways to use it
- Use Tab to move between controls and arrow keys within a response group.
- Each question offers “Not sure” and “Skip for now.” Answers are never preselected.
- Use Back and Review to correct an answer. Unknowns are shown in words.
- Download the HTML plan for a simple reading-order alternative. Print and PDF are also available.
- The experience respects reduced-motion preferences and adapts to narrower screens.
Validation boundaries
Implementation checks do not establish universal accessibility. The build report records tested environments and remaining checks. Screen-reader use, real-device interaction, and a consented participant pilot remain distinct validation activities.
The PDF is a plain text convenience export, not a tagged PDF/UA document. The HTML plan is the preferred accessible alternative.
